摘　　要：解决我国“三农”问题的关键是农民素质的提升。本文剖析了新型职业农民培育中存在的“培育对象素质低,参加培训不积极;培育体系不科学,培育方式不全面;培育内容不精准,培育效果不理想”等问题,以江西农业工程职业学院为例,系统构建了“一结合,两提升”的新型职业农民模式,以期成为具有典型性、推广性和示范性的新型职业农民培育模式。The key to solve the“three rural”problems in China is to improve the quality of farmers. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of new professional farmers, such as“the quality of cultivation objects is low, the participation in training is not active, the cultivation system is unscientific, the cultivation method is not comprehensive, the cultivation content is not accurate, and the cultivation effect is not ideal”, taking Jiangxi Agricultural Engineering College as an example, a new professional farmer model of“one combination and two promotions”is systematically constructed in order to become a typical, popularized and exemplary new professional farmer cultivation model.
