摘  要:近期国家能源局颁布了两本与输电线路电气设计相关的规范,两个新规范相对于老规范在风荷载计算做了较大调整,同时也增加了一系列用于风荷载计算的新计算系数,导致按照新规范计算出的结果与老规范计算出的结果不一致。本文汇总两个规范中涉及到和电气计算相关新的计算系数,并对其进行归纳和浅析,同时通过计算对比分析出新老规范对导地线弧垂、摇摆角、挂点荷载的影响,提出在采用新规范开展电气设计工作时需要的注意事项。Recently,the national energy administration has issued two codes related to the electrical design of transmission lines.Compared with the old code,the two new codes have made great adjustments in the calculation of wind load,and at the same time,a series of new calculation coefficients for wind load calculation have been added,The results calculated by the new code are inconsistent with those calculated by the old code.This paper summarizes the new calculation coefficients involved in the two specifications,and summarizes and interprets them.At the same time,it compares the influence of the new and old specifications on the sag,swing angle and hanging point load of the conductor and ground wire,and puts forward the matters needing attention when using the new specifications to carry out the electrical design work.
