摘 要:侧围外板是汽车外覆盖件中最大、最关键的零件,其结构复杂多变,表面质量要求极高。首先,选取侧围外板8处典型位置的截面进行结构分析,得到了不同位置的截面线变化情况;对变形复杂的后车灯区域、上侧与顶盖搭接区域和前车门上侧区域等关键位置的工艺补充截面线进行了重点分析,为工艺设计奠定基础。其次,采用AUTOFORM等软件对侧围外板进行工艺补充并计算出拉延成形的毛坯,设计了3步落料工艺,基于落料工艺设计了侧围外板的落料级进模具。最后,根据落料毛坯设计了侧围外板拉延、修边冲孔、修边整形、冲孔翻边和冲孔翻边切断共5道成形工序的完整工艺过程。The side wall outer panel is the largest and most critical part in the outer cover of automobile,its structure is complex and changeable,and the surface quality requirements are extremely high.Therefore,first,the cross-sections at eight typical positions of the side wall outer panel were selected for structural analysis,and the change conditions of cross-section lines at different positions were obtained.Then,the process supplementary cross-section lines at key positions such as rear lamp area with complex deformation,overlapping area between upper side and top cover and upper side area of front door were analyzed,which laid the foundation of process design.Furthermore,AUTOFORM and other softwares were used to supplement the process of side wall outer panel and calculate the blank formed by drawing,a three-step blanking process was designed,and a set of blanking progressive die for the side wall outer panel was designed based on the blanking process.Finally,according to the blanking blank,the complete process of five forming processes for side wall outer panel including drawing,trimming+punching,trimming+shaping,punching+flanging and punching+flanging+cutting was designed.
