摘 要:分析了NM450TP耐磨高强钢板弯曲及开裂的断面特征,利用DIC法获取了弯曲开裂应变;通过有限元逆向优化法得到了NM450TP耐磨高强钢的材料本构方程,并将其用于弯曲过程的FEM分析。结果表明,NM450TP耐磨高强钢板弯曲开裂断口具有明显缩颈与剪切的复合断裂特征,微观上存在微孔聚合型的韧性和解理混合断裂形式;采用基于DIC的断裂应变和优化的本构方程,能准确预测NM450TP耐磨高强钢板的弯曲开裂现象,真实反映裂纹的萌生、扩展行为以及最终形态。The section characteristics of bending and cracking of NM450TP abrasion-resistant steel plate were analyzed,and the bending cracking strain was obtained by DIC method.The material constitutive equation of NM450TP wear-resistant high strength steel was obtained by finite element reverse optimization method and used for FEM analysis of bending process.The results showed that the bending cracking of NM450TP abrasion-resistant steel had obvious composite fracture characteristics with neck shrinkage and shear,and there was a mixed fracture form of toughness and cleavage of microporous polymerization.The bending cracking phenomenon of NM450TP wear-resistant steel plate could be accurately predicted by fracture strain based on DIC and optimized constitutive equation,and the initiation,propagation behavior and final shape of the crack were truly reflected.
