摘  要:根据新能源汽车门把手的结构特点设计了1模2腔热流道系统的模具,通过前期CAE分析得到制品的初步成型工艺参数及可能出现的缺陷;根据制品外观面的要求采用了侧浇口,模具采用倒装结构,即将推出系统与型芯设计在定模,型腔板设计在动模,便于待成型制品反面进料保证外观质量要求,制品正面采用双滑块成型。模具投入生产后,各机构运动良好,制品废品率低,证明了此模具机构的合理性,为成型类似要求制品的模具设计提供了参考。According to the structural characteristics of the energy vehicle doorknob, a mould with2 cavities and hot runner system was designed. The preliminary moulding process parameters and possible defects of the product were obtained through early CAE analysis. According to the appearance requirements of the product, the side gate was used. The mould was inverted structure, namely, the ejector system and core were set up in the fixed half of mould, the cavity was designed in the moving half, so that it was convenient to pouring from the opposite side of the product to ensure the quality requirements of the appearance, the front of the product was moulded by a double slider. After the mould was put into production, the mechanism moved well and the product rejection rate was low, which proved the rationality of the mould mechanism and provided references for the mould design with similar requirements.
