摘 要:医学机能学课程以实验为主,课程目标是提升医学生的综合能力和强化素质教育,在“应用型人才”培养的过程中起着重要的作用。实验教学对学生的动手能力有较高的要求。在传统“教师讲,学生做”的教学模式下,因学时数少、学生练习不充分、机械完成实验过程、缺乏思考等诸多不利因素的存在,已不能完全适应医学机能实验教学的发展和应用型医学人才的培养目标。文章在概述了线上线下混合式教学模式内涵的基础上,提出了将小规模限制性在线课程(small private online course,SPOC)线上自主学习和翻转课堂与线下的实践操作有机结合混合式教学模式,突破了传统教学过程中的诸多不利因素,不仅体现了“以学生为中心”的教学理念,而且可以有效调动学生学习的积极性,激发学生的主动性和创新思维,并从课前、课中、课后及评价等方面,论述了SPOC结合翻转课堂在实验教学中的应用,显著提高了学生学习成绩,改善医学机能学实验的教学效果,有利于学生综合能力的培养,对于进一步深化课程教学改革、提高教学质量具有积极意义。The main part of the course of medical function is experiment.The purpose of this course consists of improving the comprehensive ability of medical students and strengthening quality education.This course is fundamental in the process of training“applied talents”.Experimental teaching has higher requirements for practical ability of students than traditional teaching.In the traditional teaching model of“teacher speaks,students do”,there are plenty of disadvantages such as short class hours,insufficient practice,inflexible completion of the experiment process,lack of thinking.Therefore,it is considered that traditional teaching is not able to fully adapt to the development medical function experimental teaching and achieve the purpose of training applied medical talents.With the basis of the connotation of online-offline mixed teaching model,this paper presents a novel diversified teaching model that combined flipped classrooms,SPOC online self-learning and offline experimental practices.This can be viewed as a breakthrough to disadvantages in the traditional teaching process.This model is an embodiment of the“studentcentered”teaching philosophy.Addionally,students would be motivated to learn and think in a proactive and creative pattern.Finally,the application of SPOC with flipped classrooms in medical function experimental teaching model is discussed from the aspects of pre-class,in-class,after-class and evaluation.It is proposed that this model could significantly improve the academic performance of students,support the teaching effect of medical functional experiments,benefit the cultivation of comprehensive ability of students,has positive significance for further deepening curriculum teaching reform and increasing teaching quality.
