摘  要:党的十九大报告明确提出,实施健康中国战略。推进健康中国建设要把培养好医药卫生人才作为重要的基础工程。医学教育作为培养医学专业人才的重要教育模式,除了成为专业技术过硬的合格医生,科研和人文素质都是一名优秀医学人才所必须具备的。加强医学生各项能力的培养是目前教育者面临的挑战。神经病学学科的特点尤其具有专业性强、实践性强的特点,知识复杂而抽象。同时,神经科学也是21世纪最前沿最热门的研究方向,我国脑研究计划也已经纳入国家发展战略总体部署。文章提出“四早”概念的研究生培养模式,即“早期进行规划、早期临床训练、早期融入团队、早期孵化成果”,并以此作为培养专科人才的指路标,期冀能有更多优秀的神经科医学人才孕育而出。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the implementation of a healthy China strategy.To promote the construction of a healthy China,it is necessary to cultivate good medical and health personnel as an important basic project.Medical education as the important education mode of medical professional talents cultivation,in addition to being excellent professional and technical qualified doctors,scientific and cultural quality is also required.Strengthening graduate training of medical students is the challenge in the education process.The characteristics of neurology are especially professional and practical,and the knowledge is complex and abstract.At the same time,neuroscience is also the most popular research direction at the forefront of this century,and my country’s brain research plan has also been incorporated into the overall deployment of the national development strategy.Hereby,putting forward the“four early”concept of the graduate training model,namely“early planning,early clinical training,early into the team,early hatching results”,and taking it as the signposts of professional talents cultivation,aims to have more excellent neurology medical personnel bred out.
