摘 要:为了建立相同规格烟丝在不同加香设备下的加香均匀性评价方法,本研究利用均匀和不均匀加香两组样品,通过固相微萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用(SPME-GC-MS)方法建立卷烟烟丝挥发和半挥发性化学成分检测方法;并基于指纹图谱主成分分析获得的二维PCA得分图,计算同一组样品在PCA得分图上的椭圆面积,来评价卷烟工艺的加香均匀性。结果表明,该方法可以区分出加香均匀和不均匀的两组样品,并且通过椭球面积来量化出加香均匀性的大小。In order to establish a tobacco flavoring uniformity evaluation method under the same specifications in different tobacco flavoring equipment,this study used two groups of samples with uniform and non-uniform flavoring,determination of volatile and semi volatile chemical components in samples by solid phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPME-GC-MS);A two-dimensional PCA score map based on the principal component analysis of the fingerprint is obtained,and the ellipse area of the same group of samples in the PCA score map are calculated for evaluation of tobacco flavoring uniformity.The results show that this method can distinguish the two groups of samples of uniform and non-uniform flavoring,And through the area of ellipse can quantify the magnitude of flavoring uniformity.
