摘 要:目的分析LAIR-1在三阴性乳腺癌患者中的表达情况,比较不同临床特征乳腺癌患者的LAIR-1表达水平,为评估、治疗乳腺癌提供参考。方法选取2017年5月至2020年12月于九江市第一人民医院治疗的55例原发性乳腺癌患者为研究对象,其中三阴性乳腺癌25例,非三阴性乳腺癌30例,收集患者的癌组织及癌旁组织(距离癌组织5 cm以上),通过免疫组化方法检测标本中LAIR-1蛋白的表达情况。结果LAIR-1蛋白在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为69.09%(38/55),高于癌旁组织的阳性表达率34.48%(20/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LAIR-1在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平为(3.227±1.025),高于在癌旁组织中的表达(1.184±0.523),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LAIR-1在三阴性乳腺癌肿瘤组织中呈现高表达(0.952±0.287),高于非三阴性乳腺癌的表达水平(0.613±0.325),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同肿瘤直径和TNM分期患者的LAIR-1表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。年龄>35岁、淋巴结转移阳性患者的LAIR-1表达水平高于年龄≤35岁、淋巴结转移阴性的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LAIR-1在乳腺癌组织中呈高表达,要重点关注年龄>35岁、淋巴结转移阳性的患者,LAIR-1在三阴性乳腺癌的发生和发展过程中可能有促进作用,值得临床深入研究。Objective To analyze the expression of LAIR-1 in triple negative breast cancer patients and compare the expression level of LAIR-1 in breast cancer patients with different clinical characteristics,so as to provide reference for the evaluation and treatment of breast cancer.Methods A total of 55 patients with primary breast cancer treated in Jiujiang First People′s Hospital from May 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,including 25 cases of triple-negative breast cancer and 30 cases of non-triple-negative breast cancer.The cancer tissues and adjacent tissues(more than 5 cm away from the cancer tissues)of the patients were collected.The expression of LAIR-1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of LIR-1 protein in breast cancer tissues was 69.09%(38/55),which was higher than that in adjacent tissues(34.48%(20/55)),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of LAIR-1 in breast cancer tissues was(3.227±1.025),which was higher than that in adjacent tissues(1.184±0.523),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of LAIR-1 was significantly higher in triple negative breast cancer tissues(0.952±0.287)than that in non-triple negative breast cancer tissues(0.613±0.325)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression level of LAIR-1 in patients with different tumor diameters and TNM stages(P>0.05).The expression level of LAIR-1 in patients aged>35 years with positive lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients aged≤35 years with negative lymph node metastasis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LAIR-1 is highly expressed in breast cancer tissues.It is necessary to pay more attention to patients over 35 years old with positive lymph node metastasis.LAIR-1 may play a promoting role in the occurrence and development of triple-negative breast cancer,which is worthy of further clinical study.
