摘　　要：目的探讨泉州市三级医院神经科护士对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复护理的认知现状,为后续相关研究的开展提供理论依据。方法采用随机抽样方法选取2020年8月至2021年3月泉州市6家三级医院神经科工作的214名护士为调查对象。采用自行设计的《三级医院神经科护士对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复护理的认知现状调查研究问卷》对神经科护士进行调查,并统计知识、态度及实施护理活动得分,分析当前三级医院神经科护士对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复护理认知现状。结果神经科护士对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复护理的知识总得分为(26.60±4.90)分、态度平均得分为(4.55±0.43)分、实施护理活动平均得分为(3.88±0.43)分。结论神经科护士对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复护理的知识整体情况处于中等水平,对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复护理的态度总体水平较好但不够深刻,实施脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复护理的整体水平不高。Objective To explore the cognitive status of neurological nurses in Quanzhou tertiary hospital on rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients with dysphagia,so as to provide theoretical basis for subsequent related research.Methods From August 2020 to March 2021,a total of 214 nurses working in the neurology department of six tertiary hospitals in Quanzhou City were selected as the investigation subjects by random sampling.The self-designed Questionnaire on Cognition Status of Neurological Nurses'Rehabilitation Nursing for Stroke Patients with Dysphagia in Tertiary Hospitals was used to investigate neurological nurses,and the scores of knowledge,attitude and implementation of nursing activities were counted.The cognitive status of neurological nurses in tertiary hospitals on rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients with dysphagia were analyzed.Results The total score of knowledge of rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with dysphagia was(26.60±4.90)points,the average score of attitude was(4.55±0.43)points,and the average score of nursing activities was(3.88±0.43)points.Conclusion The overall knowledge of rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with dysphagia is at a medium level,the overall level of attitude towards rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with dysphagia is good but not deep enough,and the overall level of rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with dysphagia is not high.
