摘 要:目的探究P-MNK1蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达与临床特征的关系。方法选取我院2015年9月至2016年9月手术切除的NSCLC患者癌细胞组织及其匹配的癌旁组织共90例,采用PCR定时定量检测法检测癌组织和癌旁组织的P-MNK1水平,分析P-MNK1蛋白在NSCLC中的表达与临床特征的关系。结果癌组织中P-MNK1指标值(4.569±1.304)相较于癌旁组织(1.409±0.581)高(P<0.05);P-MNK1的表达与患者肿瘤的大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄、吸烟史、病理分型无关(P>0.05)。患者随访12~24个月(中位随访时间15.0个月),中位OS18.0个月,P-MNK1低表达的OS没有达到,高表达为15.0个月,高表达的中位较低表达的中位短(P<0.05)。单因素分析发现,P-MNK1表达、病理分型、肿瘤大小、TNM分期以及淋巴结转移与患者的预后有相关性。多因素分析显示,P-MNK1表达是影响NSCLC预后的独立因素(OR=2.681,95%CI 1.624~5.892,P<0.05)。结论P-MNK1的高表达受到NSCLC患者病症程度的影响,P-MNK1蛋白的失常表达参与了癌细胞恶性生物学行为增强。Objective To explore the relationship between P-MNK1 protein expression and clinical features in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 90 patients with non-small cell lung cancer and their matched paracancer tissues were selected from our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016.PCR timing and quantitative detection method were used to determine the levels of P-MNK1 in cancer tissues and paracancer tissues to analyze the relationship between P-MNK1 protein expression and clinical features in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Results P-MNK1 index value in tissues(4.569±1.304)was higher than that in adjacent tissues(1.409±0.581)(P<0.05).The expression of P-MNK1 was correlated with tumor size,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05,with statistical significance).There was no significant correlation with gender,age,smoking history and pathological stage(P>0.05,no statistical significance).Patients were followed up for 12~24 months(median follow-up 15.0 months),and the median OS was 18.0 months.The low expression of P-MNK1 OS was not achieved,while the high expression was 15.0 months,and the median of high expression was shorter than that of low expression(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that P-MNK1 expression,pathological type,tumor size,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis were correlated with the prognosis of patients.Multivariate analysis showed that P-MNK1 expression was an independent factor affecting the prognosis of NSCLC(OR=2.681,95%CI 1.624~5.892,P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of P-MNK1 is affected by the degree of disease in NSCLC patients,and the abnormal expression of P-MNK1 protein is involved in the enhancement of malignant biological behavior of cancer cells.
