摘　　要：发展绿色出行是交通运输领域践行“双碳”政策的关键举措和抓手。优化现有行人过街设施,构建更完善的城市行人过街设施系统,对营造良好的绿色出行环境和提高绿色出行比例至关重要。评估现阶段城市道路的行人过街设施布局是否合理,是优化行人过街设施的基础。文章提出一套评估城市行人过街设施布局的指标体系,对行人过街设施的安全性、便捷性、舒适性进行多维度评估,并以南宁市为例,结合不同用地性质区域行人过街设施分布特征的差异性,以问题为导向,探讨城市行人过街设施的优化提升策略,以期能够切实提高行人过街设施的服务水平。Green travelling is a key approach in transportation to implement double peak and double neutrality policies.Improvement of pedestrian cross-street facilities is crucial to the development of green travelling and pedestrian transport,and an evaluation on the current status of the facilities is fundamental to their improvement.The paper proposes a set of indices for the evaluation of pedestrian cross-street facilities layout concerning their safety,convenience,and comfort.With Nanning as an example,the paper takes into consideration the difference of cross-street facilities in different districts,studies the improvement strategies to improve their service level.
