摘 要:试验旨在研究香椿提取物对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化及抗氧化机能的影响。选取450只42周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只。分别饲喂基础饲粮(Ⅰ组)、基础饲粮中分别添加600 g/t(Ⅱ组)、750 g/t(Ⅲ组)、900 g/t(Ⅳ组)、1 050 g/t(Ⅴ组)香椿提取物。预试期7 d,正试期56 d,分1~28 d和29~56 d两期进行生产性能指标统计。结果表明:(1)与Ⅰ组相比,1~28 dⅤ组蛋鸡料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);(2)Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组蛋壳厚度显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);(3)Ⅲ组较Ⅰ组蛋清凝胶的硬度、胶着性和咀嚼性显著提高(P<0.05);(4)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组蛋鸡血清中的三酰甘油(TG)含量显著降低(P<0.05);(5)与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组蛋鸡血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均显著提高(P<0.05),血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上可见,香椿提取物能够改善蛋鸡生产性能、鸡蛋蛋壳厚度、蛋清凝胶特性和机体抗氧化能力。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of Toona sinensis extract on laying hen′s production performance,egg quality,serum biochemistry and antioxidant function.A total of 450 Hailan brown hens aged 42 weeks were selected and randomly divided into five groups with six replicates in each group,15 birds in each replicate.The groups were fed with basal diet (Ⅰ),basal diet supplemented with 600 g/t (Ⅱ),750 g/t(Ⅲ),900 g/t (Ⅳ) and 1 050 g/t (Ⅴ) Toona sinensis extract respectively.The pre-trial period was one week and the positive trial period was eight weeks.Production performance index statistics were carried out in two phases:day 1-28 and 29-56.The results showed that:(1) Compared with the groupⅠ,the feed-to-egg ratio of the laying hens in the groupⅤ from day 1 to 28 was significantly lower (P<0.05).(2) The eggshell thickness of groupⅡ and groupⅣ was significantly higher than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05).(3) Compared with groupⅠ,the hardness,cohesion and chewiness of egg white gel of groupⅢ were significantly improved (P<0.05).(4) Compared with groupⅠ,the triglyceride(TG) content in the serum of laying hens in groupⅢ was significantly lower (P<0.05).(5) Compared with groupⅠ,groupⅡ,groupⅢ,groupⅣand groupⅤhad significantly higher activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in the serum of laying hens,and lower serum malondialdehyde(MDA) content (P<0.05).In conclusion,Toona sinensis extract could improve the production performance,egg shell thickness,egg white gel properties and antioxidant capacity of laying hens.
