摘 要:试验旨在研究低能量日粮水平下添加β-甘露聚糖酶(β-mannanase)对黄羽肉鸡的应用效果。选取43日龄岭南雄性黄羽肉鸡1800羽,根据体重均衡原则分为5组(每组6个重复,每个重复60只)。正对照组饲喂基础饲粮,负对照组饲喂低能日粮(在基础日粮基础上降低0.51 MJ/kg代谢能),加酶Ⅰ~Ⅲ组在低能日粮基础上分别添加36、72、108 U/g耐热β-甘露聚糖酶。试验期21 d。结果表明:与负对照组相比,(1)添加108 U/g的β-甘露聚糖酶显著降低了料重比4.05%(P<0.05);(2)添加36 U/g和72 U/g的β-甘露聚糖酶显著降低了腿肌的水浴损失分别为22.40%和23.66%(P<0.05);(3)添加72 U/g的β-甘露聚糖酶显著降低了回肠隐窝深度22.65%(P<0.05);显著提高血糖、白蛋白和总蛋白的含量分别为18.33%、25.39%和13.18%(P<0.05);显著提高干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和能量的表观代谢率分别为6.84%、23.00%、5.04%和6.33%(P<0.05)。综上所述,低能量日粮中添加适量的β-甘露聚糖酶对黄羽肉鸡生长性能和养分表观代谢率及小肠形态有不同程度的改善作用;综合试验结果,适宜的添加量为72 U/g。The experiment was conducted to explore the application effects of β-mannanase in yellow-ferthered broiler chickens fed with low-energy diet.A total of 1 800 Lingnan yellow-feather male broilers age 43 days were randomly divided into five groups (six replicates in each group and 60 broiler chickens in each replicate).The positive control group was fed with basic diet,while the negative control group was fed with low-energy diet (reducing metabolic energy by 0.51 MJ/kg on the basis of the basic diet).And 36,72 U/g and 108 U/g heat-resistant β-mannanase were added to the low-energy diet in the enzyme-added groupsⅠ-Ⅲ respectively.The trial period was 21 days.The results showed that:compared with the negative control group,(1)adding 108 U/g β-mannanase significantly reduced the feed to gain ratio by 4.05%(P<0.05).(2) Adding 36 U/g and 72 U/g β-mannanase significantly reduced the cooking loss of leg muscles by 22.40%and 23.66%(P<0.05).(3) Adding 72 U/g β-mannanase significantly reduced the ileal crypt depth by 22.65%(P<0.05);significantly increased the contents of blood glucose,albumin and total protein by 18.33%,25.39%and 13.18%respectively (P<0.05);significantly increased the apparent metabolic rate of dry matter,crude protein,crude fat and energy by 6.84%,23.00%,5.04%and 6.33%respectively.To sum up,adding appropriate amount of β-mannanase to low-energy diet could improve the production performance,nutrient apparent metabolic rate and small intestine morphology of the 43-63 days old yellow-feather broiler chickens in different degrees.Based on the results,the suitable addition amount was 72 U/g.
