摘 要:对同一厂家提供的4种不同醋酸乙烯脂(VA)含量的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)样品进行室内加速老化实验,通过测试EVA在室内加速老化后的黄变指数、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热曲线(DSC)及热重(TGA)等,研究VA含量对EVA老化衰变行为的影响。结果表明:当VA含量在28%~32%的范围内,与EVA的耐老化性能呈正相关,VA含量越高,EVA的耐老化性能越好;而当VA含量超过32%后,EVA的耐老化性能下降,老化速率加快。Four polyethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) samples with different contents of vinyl acetate(VA) provided by the same manufacturer are studied under the accelerated aging indoor. The influence of VA contents on the degradation behavior of EVA, such as the yellow index, Fourier Translation Infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) and Thermogravimetric Analysis(TGA), is tested and analyzed. The results show that the ageing-resistance of EVA is positively correlated with VA content in a certain range of 28%~32%, and the higher VA content is, the better ageing-resistance of EVA is. However, when the VA content exceeds 32%, the ageing-resistance of EVA decreases and the aging rate accelerates.
