摘 要:长期以来,国际高等教育研究论文的“低被引”现象一直受到学界漠视,导致大量低被引论文沉没于学术“底层”。为此,研究选取6本国际高等教育类SSCI期刊的“低被引”论文为样本,通过文献计量与可视化分析,发现其在时间序列、国家地区、研究机构、作者与主题分布等方面存在显著差异。随着时间序列的增长低被引论文总数呈指数式增加,被引率和被引指数不升反降;国家及地区分布的先发地缘优势明显,而内生动力明显不足;研究机构的区域分布多而广,但高质量研究产出十分匮乏;研究者间的合作网络分散,且整体合作密度偏低;研究主题的同质性与分散性较高,且研究结论滞后现象突出。于此,建议应该适当关注低被引论文的潜藏价值,但要警惕结论的西方学术霸权现象,同时积极反思其学术部落与话语边界,并进一步调和研究议题的学理性与实践性。For a long time,the phenomenon of“low citation”of international higher education research papers has been ignored by the academic community,resulting in a large number of low-cited papers sinking to the academic“bottom”.To this end,the study selected“low-cited”papers from 6 international higher education SSCI journals as samples.Through bibliometric and visual analysis,it was found that there were significant differences in time series,countries,research institutions,authors and topic distribution.With the growth of time series,the total number of low-cited papers increased exponentially,and the citation rate and citation index did not rise but fall;the geographical advantages of first-mover countries and regions were obvious,but the endogenous power was obviously insufficient;the regional distribution of research institutions were many and wide,but high-quality research output was scarce;the cooperation network among researchers was scattered,and the overall cooperation density was low;the homogeneity and dispersion of research topics were high,and the phenomenon of lag in research conclusions was prominent.In this regard,it is suggested that due attention should be paid to the latent value of low-cited papers,but we should be alert to the phenomenon of Western academic hegemony of conclusions,actively reflect on its academic tribes and discourse boundaries,and further reconcile the academic rationality and practicality of research issues.
