摘  要:车载高压直流供配电系统集成后,由于接触器吸合瞬间存在电压抖动的固有现象,叠加供配电系统线缆中存在寄生电感、负载前端存在滤波电容,在负载上电瞬间,会出现微秒级的谐振现象,导致系统中个别负载出现过压保护现象,影响系统对外供电的可靠性。本文通过分析某型供配电系统在使用过程中出现的典型问题,经过试验对问题进行复现,对该系统进行了改进和验证,找到解决问题的方法,并指出高压直流供配电系统设计过程中必须关注的问题。After the integration of high-voltage DC power supply system,due to the inherent phenomenon of voltage shake at the moment of contactor closing,the parasitic inductance in the cable superimposed the filter capacitance in the power supply system,will appear microsecond resonance phenomenon at the moment of load power on,which will lead to over-voltage protection of loads in the system and affect the reliability of power supply system.This paper analyzes the typical problems in the use of the power supply system,repeats the problems through tests,improves and verifies the system,finds solutions to the problems,and points out the problems that must be paid attention to in the design process of high voltage DC power supply system.
