摘  要:通过紫外吸收光谱、DPPH·自由基清除率、酪氨酸酶抑制率的测定及体外非酶糖化实验,分别比较了产自俄罗斯、双鸭山、漠河的3种桦褐孔菌的美容功效。结果表明:3种产地的桦褐孔菌水提液及醇提液对UVA及UVB的防护能力均较弱;产地为双鸭山的桦褐孔菌醇提液对DPPH·清除能力和酪氨酸酶抑制效果最好;产地为漠河的桦褐孔菌水提液对早期糖化产物(Amadori产物)的抑制作用最佳;而产地为俄罗斯的桦褐孔菌水提液对高级糖化终末产物(AGEs产物)的抑制作用最强。本研究为桦褐孔菌在护肤品中的应用提供一定的参考。The cosmetic efficacy of three species of Inonotus obliquus from Russia, Shuangyashan and Mohe were compared by measuring the UV absorption spectroscopy, DPPH· free radical scavenging rate, tyrosinase inhibition rate and the protein non-enzymatic glycation experiment in vitro.The results showed that: the water and alcohol extracts of Inonotus obliquus from three producing areas had weak protection against UVA and UVB;The alcohol extract from Shuangyashan has the best effect on DPPH· clearance and tyrosinase inhibition;The water extract from Mohe produced the best inhibitory effect on early stage product of glycation(Amadori products);However, the water-extract solution from Russia had the strongest inhibitory effect on end products of glycation(AGEs products).This study provides a certain reference for the application of Inonotus obliquus in skin care products.
