16种中草药水提液祛痘功效的对比研究

摘　　要：通过对DPPH □自由基清除率、透明质酸酶抑制率、睾酮转化率及金黄色葡萄球菌最低抑菌浓度的测定,从抗氧化、抗炎、抑制5α-还原酶活性、抑菌4个方面综合评价了16种中草药水提液的祛痘功效。结果表明:16种中草药水提液中,地榆、黄蜀葵、蒲公英对DPPH □自由基有较好的清除作用;蒲公英、马齿苋、黄蜀葵对透明质酸酶有较好的抑制作用;连翘、黄芩、甘草对5α-还原酶活性有较好的抑制作用;黄连、大黄、黄芩、地榆对金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的抑菌作用。要达到良好的祛痘效果,需要将多种中草药进行合理复配。According to the measurement of scavenging rate of DPPH· free radical, inhibition rate of hyaluronidase, conversion of testosterone, and minimal inhibitory concentration against staphylococcus aureus, the anti-acne efficacy of 16 kinds of Chinese herbal water extracts was evaluated comprehensively from four aspects of antioxidation, anti-inflammation, inhibition of 5α-reductase activity, and bacteriostasis.The results showed that sanguisorba officinalis, abelmoschus manihot and dandelion had better scavenging action on DPPH· radicals;Dandelion, purslane, and abelmoschus manihot had better inhibitory action on hyaluronidase;Forsythia, scutellaria and licorice had better inhibitory effects on 5α-reductase activity;Coptis chinensis, rhubarb, scutellaria and sanguisorba officinalis had better bacteriostatic action on staphylococcus aureus.To achieve good anti-acne effect, a variety of Chinese herbs need to be properly compounded.
