摘 要:对流化床压力脉动信号进行混沌分析,可以获得流化床压力脉动信号时空状态特征参数,对理解流化床内复杂的多相流动过程及流型演变具有重要意义。混沌分析的基础是相空间重构,重构相空间需要采用合适的计算方法确定延迟时间和嵌入维数,当前文献中已报道了多种延迟时间和嵌入维数的计算方法,但这些计算方法通常包含主观参数,在实际应用中选择不同的计算方法及主观参数会导致计算结果的不一致,造成分析困难。同时混沌特征参数Kolmogorov熵、关联维数及Lyapunov指数的计算方法较多,采用不同的计算方法往往得到数值差异的特征参数,影响了混沌特征参数的定量分析。本文详细梳理了相空间重构中延迟时间和嵌入维及Kolmogorov熵、关联维数、Lyapunov指数的计算方法,分析了计算方法中主观参数选取的方法,给出了实际应用中选取计算方法的建议。综述了混沌特征参数在流化床系统混沌表征及流型识别的研究进展,分析了流化床混沌特性的影响因素,并对流化床压力脉动信号混沌分析发展趋势进行了展望,以期对流化床脉动信号处理与分析相关研究提供参考和借鉴。The chaotic analysis of the fluidized bed pressure pulsation signal can obtain the spatiotemporal state characteristic parameters of the fluidized bed pressure pulsation signal,which is of great significance for understanding the complex multiphase flow process and flow pattern evolution in the fluidized bed.Phase space reconstruction is the basis of chaos analysis.Reconstructing phase space requires appropriate calculation method to determine delay time and embedding dimension.Various calculation methods for delay time and embedding dimension have been reported in the current literature,but these calculation methods usually include subjective parameters.Different calculation methods with diverged subjective parameters will lead to inconsistency in calculation results in practical applications,which makes analysis difficult.At the same time,different calculation methods of chaotic characteristic parameters Kolmogorov entropy,correlation dimension and Lyapunov exponent are often calculated different characteristic parameters,which affects the quantitative analysis.The calculation methods of delay time and embedding dimension and Kolmogorov entropy,correlation dimension and Lyapunov exponent in phase space reconstruction are analyzed in detail.The methods of subjective parameter selection in the calculation method are analyzed and suggested for analyzing the pressure fluctuations.The research advantages of chaotic characterization and chaotic characterization of chaotic characteristic parameters in fluidized bed system are reviewed,and the influencing factors are summarized.The development trends of chaotic analysis of fluidized bed pressure fluctuations signals are prospected.The research on the processing and analysis of fluctuations signal of fluidized bed provides reference.
