摘  要:利用基于石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫中试装置,进行4种有机酸及硫酸锰强化脱硫性能研究,测定了有机酸存在条件下石膏浆液pH值随时间的变化规律,以及Ca^(2+)浸出速率与脱硫效率、Mn^(2+)浓度与性能提升。结果显示:除乙二酸外与空白浆液的工况相比,甲酸、丙二酸、丁二酸对吸收塔内石膏浆液缓冲较空白工况提升了7.5%、12.5%、15%。摩尔浓度为1 mol·m^(-3)时,系统脱硫效率分别提升2.5%、2.9%、3.3%,在较低pH下保持较高的脱硫效率,可大幅提升石灰石利用率。系统脱硫效率与浆液中Ca^(2+)浓度拟合关系式为y=0.0216x+75.12,相关系数达0.954。添加过渡金属Mn^(2+)后,效率提升与浆液pH值线性相关,且pH值越低,系统脱硫效率提升幅度越高。Based on the pilot plant of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization in our lab,four kinds of organic acids and manganese sulfate enhanced desulfurization performance were studied.The change rule of pH value of gypsum slurry with time in the presence of organic acids,leaching rate of Ca^(2+)and desulfurization efficiency,concentration and performance of Mn^(2+)were determined.The results showed that the buffering effect of formic acid,malonic acid and succinic acid on gypsum slurry in absorption tower was increased by 7.5%,12.5%and 15%compared with that of blank slurry except for oxalic acid.When the molar concentration of SO 2 is 0.001 kmol·m^(-3),the desulfurization efficiency of the system is increased by 2.5,2.9 and 3.3%,respectively.The higher desulfurization efficiency can be maintained at lower pH,and the utilization rate of limestone can be greatly increased.The fitting relationship between desulfurization efficiency and Ca^(2+)concentration in slurry is y=0.0216x+75.12,and the correlation coefficient is 0.954.With the addition of transition metal Mn^(2+),the efficiency increases linearly with the slurry pH value,and the lower the pH value,the higher the desulfurization efficiency of the system.
