摘 要:基于薄板大挠度弯曲理论,应用Navier法推导局部均布荷载作用下玻璃桥面板挠度、应变及弯矩的计算公式。设计四边简支玻璃板试件,进行局部受压试验,得到玻璃板挠度及应变,并与理论计算结果进行对比分析研究。研究表明:局部轮压下四边简支玻璃桥面板挠度与板厚同属于毫米级,且随荷载增加呈非线性变化特征,符合薄板大挠度理论计算假定。理论计算的挠度、应变与试验吻合较好,沿各测点变化趋势一致,重三角级数形式挠曲线函数能较好地模拟玻璃桥面板弯曲行为。采用挠度、应力、应变及弯矩解析式进行局部轮压下四边简支玻璃桥面板设计计算时建议取至少13阶级数进行计算,此时计算误差可控制在3%以内。Based on the theory of large deflection bending of thin plate,the formulas of deflection,strain,and moment of glass bridge deck under local uniform load were deduced by using the Navier method.The experimental values of deflection and strain of simply supported glass plate were obtained by local compression test and compared with the theoretical values.The results showed that the deflection and thickness of fourside simply supported glass bridge deck under local wheel load were of the same order of magnitude.The deflection and strain calculated by the theory were in good agreement with the experimental values,and the deflection curve function in the form of double trigonometric series could simulate the bending behavior of the glass bridge deck.It was suggested that at least 13 orders should be taken for programming calculation when using the analytical expressions of deflection,stress and bending moment in this paper to design and calculate the simply supported glass bridge deck under local wheel pressure,and the calculation errors could be controlled within 3%.
