摘 要:目的 利用气相色谱质谱联用仪检测白茶中7种拟除虫菊酯类农残含量。方法 白茶样品经过乙腈提取,无水硫酸钠去除水分,碳18吸附剂、石墨化炭黑的混合物去除杂质,GCB和PSA净化提取液,正己烷复容过膜供GC-MS/MS分析,外标法定量。结果 基质加标曲线在10μg/L~400μg/L区间类线性良好,方法检出限为0.003 mg/kg~0.017 mg/kg,相关系数r≥0.995 0;在空白基质中加标浓度为0.05 mg/kg、0.10 mg/kg时,7种拟除虫菊酯农残平均回收率为88.3%~109.1%,相对标准偏差RSD 3.2%~10.6%(n=6)。结论 检测结果回收率高重现性好,满足实验室快速检测农药相关要求。Objective To establish a method for the determination of seven pyrethroid pesticide residues in white tea by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Methods White tea samples were extracted by acetonitrile,removed water by anhydrous sodium sulfate and removed impurities by a mixture of C18 adsorbent and graphitized carbon black. The extract was purified by GCB and PSA,encapsulated into n-hexane complex membrane for GC-MS/MS analysis and quantified by external standard method. Results The matrix scaling curve was linear in the range of 10-400 μg/L. The detection limit was 0.003-0.017 mg/kg,and the correlation coefficient r≥0.995 0. When the standard addition concentration in the blank matrix was 0.05 mg/kg or 0.10 mg/kg,the average recovery rate of 7 pyrethroid pesticide residues was 88.3%-109.1%,with a relative standard deviation(RSD) of3.2%-10.6%(n=6). Conclusions The detection results have high recovery rate and good reproducibility.This method meets the requirements of laboratory rapid detection for pesticides.
