摘　　要：目的 评价以口腔综合保健为主的健康教育方法在儿童龋齿预防工作中的效果。方法 检索外文数据库The Cochrane Library(CENTRAL)、Pubmed、EMBASE,中文数据库中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP),收集2012—2021年间,以口腔综合保健为主的健康教育方法,应用于儿童龋齿预防的随机对照试验(RCT)研究。评价纳入研究的质量,用RevMan5.0软件进行统计分析,采用相对危险度(RR)为效果分析统计量,估计合并结果的效应值。结果 共纳入26篇RCT,共4 972例研究对象。试验组总体龋齿发病率为6.97%(173/2 481),对照组总体发病率为21.44%(534/2 491);RR=0.32(0.27~0.38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 相较于以往的常规健康教育,以口腔综合保健为主的健康教育模式,对预防儿童龋齿有更好的效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of health education based on oral comprehensive health care for the prevention of children’s dental caries. Methods The Cochrane Library(CENTRAL),Pubmed, EMBASE, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM), Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI), Wanfang and VIP database were searched electronically. Randomized controlled trials(RCTS) of health education based on oral comprehensive health care for the prevention of dental caries in children were selected. Meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan 5.0 software,and relative risk(RR) was calculated to estimate the effect size of the combined results. Results A total of 4 972 subjects were included in 26 RCTS. The overall prevalence of caries was 6.97%(173/2 481) in the experimental group and 21.44%(534/2 491) in the control group. The estimated RR was 0.32(0.27-0.38), with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusions Compared with the routine health education, the health education based on oral comprehensive health care has a better effect on preventing children′s dental caries.
