摘 要:目的 研究脑微出血(CMBs)患者头颅磁共振SWI微出血病灶数量及部位与放射免疫法肾功能之间的相关性。方法 陕西省人民医院95例CMBs患者,入院后行血清肌酐、尿素氮及放射免疫法肾功能等生化检查,同时进行3.0T头颅磁共振SWI,记录其微出血病灶的数量及部位。结果 CMBs患者的放射免疫法测定肾功能与年龄、CMBs数量进行相关分析,结果发现血β2微球蛋白水平不仅与患者CMBs总数具有正相关性(r=0.249,P <0.05),同时与脑深部CMBs(r=0.241,P <0.05)及脑皮质CMBs(r=0.246,P<0.05)亦呈正相关性,差异均有统计学意义。结论 血β2微球蛋白水平与CMBs之间有明显相关性。Objective To evaluate the relationship between the radioimmune kidney function and the number and location of microbleeding lesions on cranial magnetic resonance SWI in patients with cerebral microbleeds(CMBs).Methods Ninety-five patients with CMBs in Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital underwent biochemical examinations such as serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,and renal function after admission.At the same time,3.0 T cranial magnetic resonance SWI was performed to record the number and location of microbleeding lesions.Results The serum β 2 microglobulin level was not only positively correlated with the total number of CMBs,which was statistically significant(r=0.249,P<0.05),but also significantly correlated with deep brain CMBs(r=0.241,P<0.05) and lobe CMBs(r=0.246,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the serum β 2 microglobulin level and CMBs.
