摘 要:目的:探索萨提亚模式团体心理干预对大学生应对方式的提升作用。方法:采用方便抽样的方式选择大学生实验组30人和对照组30人,对实验组进行每周1次的萨提亚模式团体心理干预,共计8次干预;对照组大学生不参加任何心理辅导活动和个体心理咨询。两组大学生在干预前后采用应对方式问卷进行测评。结果:实验组干预前非成熟型应对方式17人,干预后转化为成熟型应对方式14人(82.35%);对照组干预前非成熟型应对方式16人,干预后转化为成熟型应对方式1人(6.25%);两组差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.31,P<0.001)。干预后实验组大学生求助和解决问题这2个应对方式得分显著高于干预前实验组大学生和干预后对照组大学生,差异有统计学意义(t=-6.03,-3.80,4.44,2.54;P<0.05);干预后实验组大学生幻想、自责和退避这3个应对方式得分显著低于干预前实验组大学生和干预后对照组大学生,差异有统计学意义(t=3.71,2.92,2.71,-3.07,-2.46,-2.26;P<0.05)。结论:萨提亚模式团体心理干预能有效提升大学生采用成熟型应对方式,应用解决问题和求助的积极应对方式,同时减少应用幻想、自责和退避的消极应对方式。Objective:To explore the effect of using Satir Model group psychological intervention on improving the coping style of college students.Methods:A total of 30students in the experimental group and 30students in the con-trol group were selected by convenient sampling.The experimental group received Satir Model group psychological intervention once a week,8times in total.The students in the control group did not participate in any psychological counseling activities and individual psychological consultation.The coping style questionnaire was used to evaluate these students before and after Satir Model group psychological intervention.Results:In the experimental group,there were 17immature coping styles before intervention,and 14were transformed into mature coping styles after inter-vention;In the control group,there were 16immature coping styles before intervention,and 1person was trans-formed into mature coping style after intervention;The difference was statistically significant between two groups(χ^(2)=16.31,P<0.001).The scores of two coping styles,problem solving and help seeking,in the experimental group were significantly higher than that before the intervention and in the control group after intervention.The difference was statistically significant(t=-6.03,-3.80,4.44,2.54;P<0.05);The scores of three coping styles,imagination,self-accusation,and withdrawal,in the experimental group were significantly lower than that before the intervention in the control group after intervention.The difference was statistically significant(t=3.71,2.92,2.71,-3.07,-2.46,-2.26;P<0.05).Conclusion:The group psychological intervention of Satir model can effectively promote college students to adopt mature coping style,apply positive coping style of solving problems and seeking help,and reduce negative coping style of applying illusion,self-blame and withdrawal.
