摘 要:我国慢病管理面临较多问题及巨大挑战。针对医学人才缺乏、慢病管理科技创新生态体系尚不健全,广州中山大学附属第一医院(中山一院)积极响应,以"战役学"理念指引和推动医院高质量发展,强化战略统筹、顶层设计、系统谋划,将慢病精准化管理作为国家医学中心建设的重要举措,紧扣"人才引育"和"科技创新"两大核心要素,在人才引育创新体系建设、科技创新中心与应用平台建设、慢病管理体制机制建设三个维度不断深入探索实践,取得了一定经验和成效,初步形成慢病精准化管理的中山一院模式。Chronic disease management is a challenging issue in China.To address the needs of talents and mature innovation ecosystem related to chronic disease management,The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University(FAH-SYSU)actively responds to the national strategy to promote the high-quality development of the hospital through strengthening strategic planning,top-level design,and systematic consideration.Precise management of chronic diseases was taken as key measure for the construction of a national medical center.With continuous exploration in establishing talent pool,innovation center and application platform,and chronic disease management system that focuses on core elements of talent and innovation,the FAH-SYSU Model for the precise management of chronic diseases has been initially formed.
