摘　　要：序說刑法教義學是借助於一系列概念和原理,對縱橫交錯的刑法規範進行學理闡釋,比較不同主張的利弊得失,並盡可能確保思維具有一貫性的學問。由此可見,刑法教義學的核心是體系性、理論層次性,這其實也决定了教義學的獨特價值。Preface Criminal law dogmatics is the study of comparing the advantages and disadvantages of diferent propositions and ensuring as much consistency as possible in thinking by means of a series of concepts and principles and the doctrinal interpretation of the intertw ined criminal law norms.Thus,the core of criminal law dogmatics is systemic nature and theoretical hierarchy,which in fact determines the unique value of dogmatics.However,the pursuit of the systemic nature of criminal jurisprudence is not the highest value,and the theoretical hierarchy does not mean the pure theoretical nature of dogmatics.
