摘　　要：目前我国泌尿外科医生对于根治性前列腺切除术(RP)后尿失禁的认识相对不足,诊断评估和治疗预防均亟需规范。针对RP后尿失禁的定义和评估标准、病因与危险因素尚未明确的现状,针对现有手术技术和防治措施尚有待进一步探索和推广的需要,本文结合国内外RP后尿失禁方面的最新研究进展和专家经验进行阐述,将有助于更精准地预防和诊治RP后尿失禁,从而提高我国RP后尿失禁的防治水平和广大患者生活质量。There's a lack of understanding on the urinary incontinence after radical prostectomy(RP)among urologists domextically.The standard of the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment is urgently needed.Considering the current condition of the uncertainty of the definition,evaluation criteria,etiology,and risk factors,and the need of further exploration of current surgical techniques and prevention measures,this work reviewed the latest research progression and expert advices,to fulill more precise prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of urinary incontinence after RP,and to eventually improve the precaution treatment of the disease and the quality of life of the patients in China.
