摘　　要：人才发展环境受到地区经济环境、公共服务环境、生活环境、就业环境、科技创新环境等要素共同影响,文章构建了包含5个一级指标、24个二级指标的人才发展环境评价指标体系,运用熵值法确定指标权重,通过综合评价法对我国36个城市人才发展环境指数进行测算,综合分析各城市的人才发展环境现状及问题。结果显示:我国人才发展环境区域差异较大,呈现梯度分布特征;经济环境成为驱动人才发展环境指数提升的关键;多数城市生活环境改善空间大。The environment of talent development is jointly affected by regional economic environment,public service environment,living environment,employment environment,scientific and technological innovation environment.This paper constructs a talent development environment evaluation index system containing 5 first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators,uses the entropy method to determine the index weight,then calculates the talent development environment index of 36 cities in China by use of the comprehensive evaluation method,and finally comprehensively analyzes the current situation and problems of talent development environment in each city.The results show that the regional differences of talent development environment are large,presenting the gradient distribution,that economic environment has become the key to driving the improvement of talent development environment index,and that most cities have plenty of room for improvement of living environment.
