摘　　要：分析现有人工核酸检测所存在的缺陷以及发展现状,设计出一种智能化自动咽拭子核酸采集仪。自动核酸采集仪通过机械臂的配合运转,可实现咽拭子采集、封存、运输等功能;另外自动核酸采集仪还配备自动消毒、身份证识别、红外图像测温等功能。实现在实际检测应用中快速、精准的进行一系列核酸采集工作。By analyzing the defects and development status of existing artificial nucleic acid detection,an intelligent automatic throat swab nucleic acid acquisition instrument was designed.The automatic nucleic acid collection instrument can realize the functions of throat swab collection,storage,transportation,etc.through the cooperation of the mechanical arm;In addition,the automatic nucleic acid acquisition instrument is also equipped with automatic disinfection,ID card recognition,infrared image temperature measurement and other functions.A series of nucleic acid collection work can be carried out quickly and accurately in practical detection applications.
