摘 要:四川蒙山出产的蒙顶茶在唐代中期成为贡茶,闻名一时。宋王庠《雅州蒙顶茶记》认为其在唐肃宗乾元罢贡之后渐趋衰落,实际上蒙顶茶反在乾元罢贡之后走入大众生活,渐在唐后期成为名贵一时之天下第一茶。伴随着茶产业的不断发展,东南茶品相继崛起,其富有创新且得到官府大力支持,使得东南茶名声超越了蒙顶茶,蒙顶茶遂衰落为土人珍之的地方茶品。Mengding tea produced in Mengshan Mountain,Sichuan Province became tribute tea in the middle of the Tang Dynasty and gained great fame at the same time.It was considered to be on the wane after the Emperor Su of the Tang Dynasty ordered to stop paying tribute according to The Record of Ya Zhou Meng Ding Tea by Wang Xiang in the Song Dynasty.On the contrary,the tea actually entered into the public life after the order and became the famous best tea in the late Tang Dynasty gradually.With the continuous development of tea industry,the Southeast tea suddenly appeared on the horizon in succession.It was innovative and heavily supported by the government,making the reputation of Southeast tea surpass that of the Mengding tea.Therefore,Mengding tea declined to become a local tea favored only by local people.
