摘　　要：城市与乡村作为我国经济社会发展的两大场域,是承载经济、政治、文化、社会、生态等多维功能的两大重要平台载体,其相互关系变化折射的是我国经济社会发展的阶段、路径与目标变迁。城市与乡村相互之间具有鲜明的网状立体交融特征,融合的程度、深度、广度具有深刻的时代特征。融合本身具有平台思维的突出特征,体现的是理念、路径、举措、要素等的统筹整合。新发展阶段推进城乡融合发展,需运用平台思维,从政府、市场和社会等维度打造横向联通、纵向贯通的平台体系,统筹整合城乡优势资源,推动构建城乡规划同框、城乡土地市场一体、城乡金融普惠均衡、城乡产业协同发展、城乡基础设施并网、城乡发展成果共享等平台,推动城乡差异化、互补式、有机式融合发展,以打造城乡深度融合的经济共同体、社会共同体和生命共同体。As the main fields of China’s economic and social development, cities and countryside are the two crucial platform carriers of economy, politics, culture, society, ecology and other multi-dimensional functions. The change of their mutual relationship reflects the stage, path and goal change of China’s economic and social development. Cities and countryside have distinct characteristics of network and three-dimensional integration, and the degree, depth and breadth of integration have profound characteristics of the times. Integration itself has the prominent characteristics of platform thinking, which reflects the overall integration of ideas, paths, measures and elements. To promote urban-rural integration in the new stage of development, it is necessary to use platform thinking to build a platform system that is horizontally and vertically connected from the dimensions of government, market and society, so as to coordinate and integrate the advantages of urban and rural resources, promote the construction of urban and rural planning, integration of urban and rural land markets, balanced urban and rural financial inclusion, coordinated development of urban and rural industries, integration of urban and rural infrastructure, and platforms for sharing urban and rural development achievements. We will promote differentiated, complementary and organic integrated development of urban and rural areas to build an economic, social and life community that deeply integrates urban and rural areas.
