摘 要:针对硬金饰品灼烧后部分位置变黑,且擦拭后黑色位置无变化现象,采用金相显微镜、X射线荧光光谱法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对黑色物质进行定性定量分析,并结合电铸工艺原理进行分析。结果表明:黑色物质主要元素是Cu,且含有微量Zn、Mg、Al等元素,Cu在高温下发生氧化,生成黑色物质;硬金饰品的制作工艺原理为电沉积,在脱模过程中,局部导电层(铜涂层)未处理干净,高温氧化变黑。Part of hard gold jewelry turns black after burning,and the black position does not change after wiping.In light of the phenomenon,metallographic microscope,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry were used to analyze the black part qualitatively and quantitatively with the help of the analysis of the electroforming process.The test results show that the black material element is mainly Cu,and contains trace elements such as Zn,Mg,Al,etc.Cu is oxidized at high temperatures,generating black materials.The principle in which hard gold jewelry is made is the electrodeposition process.In the process of core removal,the local conductive layer(copper coating)is not cleaned thoroughly,and oxidized and blackened at high temperatures.
