乡村振兴背景下农村居家养老服务纾困路径研究——基于生态系统理论视角

摘　　要：为建设高质量农村养老服务,研究了农村居家养老服务的发展困境,基于生态系统理论视角,分别从宏观、中观、微观3个系统层面进行了分析。结果表明,农村居家养老服务存在供需主体矛盾突出、养老专业人才缺乏、老年人养老观念较保守等问题,因此结合乡村振兴战略,从政府、社区、老年人等主体提出建议,即强化政府主导作用、加强社区养老服务能力建设、树立正确的养老观念等。In order to build high-quality rural pension services,the development dilemma of rural home care services was studied.Based on the perspective of ecosystem theory,it was analyzed from the three system levels of macro,meso and micro.The results show that there are some problems in rural home care services,such as the outstanding contradictions between supply and demand,the lack of elderly career talents,and the conservative concepts of elderly care.Therefore,in combination with the rural revitalization strategy,suggestions are put forward from the government,community,elderly and other subjects,that is,to strengthen the leading role of the government,strengthen the capacity building of community elderly care services,and establish a correct elderly care concept.
