摘  要:随着煤炭行业开采技术水平的提升以及煤矿规模的逐渐扩大,我国对机械化、自动化、清洁化的煤炭开采设备的需求日益增加。对于煤矿安全生产中的提升位置指示器等一些关键设备,需要它们来对提升容器的运行位置进行精确指示反馈。以气动执行机构磁偶式无杆气缸和比例方向控制阀为研究对象,分析了影响气动非线性位置伺服控制精度的因素;通过研究比例方向控制阀的非线性流量特性与磁偶式无杆气缸的非线性摩擦模型,建立了磁偶式无杆气缸非线性位置伺服控制系统的数学模型;通过设计RBF神经网络优化PID控制器,提高了磁偶式无杆气缸非线性位置伺服控制系统的位置控制精度。With the improvement of mining technology and gradual expansion of coal mine scale in coal industry,China's demand for mechanized,automated and clean mining equipment for coal mining is increasing.For some key equipment such as coal mine hoisting position indicator in coal mine safety production,they are required to accurately indicate and feedback the operating position of lifting container.Taking the pneumatic actuator magnetic couple rodless cylinder and proportional direction control valve as the research objects,the influencing factors of pneumatic nonlinear position servo control accuracy are analyzed,and the mathematical model of magnetic couple rodless cylinder nonlinear position servo control system is established by studying the nonlinear flow characteristics of proportional direction control valve and the nonlinear friction model of magnetic couple rodless cylinder.By designing RBF neural network optimization PID controller,the position control precision of magnetic couple rodless cylinder nonlinear position servo control system is improved.
