摘　　要：高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)是一种普遍存在的核蛋白,参与转录调节、DNA复制和修复以及核小体组装。其主动或被动释放至胞外的HMGB1,可以参与许多不同的过程,如炎症、血栓形成、组织再生等。大量文献已证实,HMGB1在如冠心病、心房颤动、深静脉血栓形成等心血管血栓性疾病中发挥作用。本文就HMGB1在心血管血栓性疾病中的作一综述。High mobility group box 1(HMGB1)is a widespread nuclear protein involved in transcriptional regulation,DNA replication and repair and nucleosome assembly.HMGB1,which is actively or passively released into extracellular space,can participate in many different processes,such as inflammation,thrombosis and tissue regeneration etc.Extensive literature have confirmed that HMGB1 plays a role in cardiovascular thrombotic diseases such as coronary heart disease,atrial fibrillation and deep vein thrombosis.The present article makes a review on role of HMGB1 in cardiovascular thrombotic diseases.
