摘　　要：随着我国医药事业的发展,创新思维和实践能力已成为高校药学本科生的重要培养目标,研究性学习是发展创新素质的最佳途径之一。该文依托药物化学方向的大学生创新性实验项目,从立项基础、项目内容、项目实施和管理经验方面介绍开展过程,分析关键点,总结体会与收获,探讨研究性学习对药学本科生自主、创新、实践和协作等能力的提升作用。With the development of medicine in China,innovative thinking and practical ability have become important training objectives for pharmacy undergraduates.Research-based learning is one of the best ways to develop innovative quality.Based on the innovative experimental project of college students in pharmaceutical chemistry,this paper introduces the development process from basis,content,implementation and management experience of the project.After analyzing key points,some experience and gains are summarized.It discusses the effect of research-based learning in improving the abilities of pharmaceutical undergraduates,such as independence,innovation,practice and cooperation.
