摘　　要：肿瘤干细胞(CSCs)是恶性肿瘤中罕见而又关键的细胞亚群,它们具有高增殖能力、多向分化潜能及寿命长等与干细胞相似的特性,这些特性使得肿瘤干细胞在肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润、转移、耐药、复发等过程中起重大作用。为了深入研究肿瘤干细胞,寻找防治人类恶性肿瘤的有效手段,精准地分离培养此类细胞至关重要。本文对CSCs的分选与培养的方法进行综述并进一步分析其优劣。Cancer stem cells(CSCs)are rare and critical cell subpopulations in malignant tumors.They are characterized by stemness properties,including higher proliferation rate,multipotent differentiation capacity and a longer life span.These characteristics enable cancer stem cell to play an important role in the process of genesis,progression,invasion,metastasis,chemotherapy&radio-therapy resistance and recurrence of malignant tumors.In order to further study cancer stem cells and find effective methods to prevent and treat human malignant tumors,it is very important to precisely isolate and culture CSCs.This article will review the methods of sorting and culturing CSCs and further analyze their advantages and disadvantages.
