摘 要:目的探讨加热前处理浆膜腔积液标本对细胞学诊断的影响。方法选取2022年3月中山大学附属第一医院病理科细胞室接收的浆膜腔积液标本15例作为研究对象,行烤箱60℃加热30min的前处理,并比较加热前后浆膜腔积液标本的大体观,细胞涂片、细胞蜡块HE和免疫组织化学染色结果、最终的病理诊断结果的一致性。结果两组标本大体观、细胞涂片及细胞蜡块HE和免疫组织化学染色以及最终病理诊断结果均一致。结论加热预处理既不影响细胞学诊断,又能降低医务人员操作中病毒传播的危险,是一种简单易行的切断新冠病毒传播的有效方式之一,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the effect of pre-heating treatment of serous effusion specimens on cytological diagnosis.Methods Fifteen cases of serous effusion specimens received from the cell room of the Pathology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University in March 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were pretreated with oven heating at 60℃for 30 min.The gross appearance,cell smear and cell block HE and immunohistochemical staining,and the consistency of the final pathological diagnosis results was also compared.Results The gross appearance,cell smear and cell block HE and immunohistochem-ical staining and final pathological diagnosis results of the two groups of specimens were consistent.Conclusion Heating pretreatment does not affect the cytological diagnosis,but also reduces the risk of virus transmission in medical staff operations.It is one of the simple and effective ways to cut off the transmission of COVID-19,and it is worth learning from.
