摘　　要：利用函数分解方法和局部“互补”广义变指标Morrey空间的性质,证明带粗糙核的分数次积分在局部“互补”广义变指标Morrey空间上的有界性,同时证明相应的交换子在局部“互补”广义变指标Morrey空间上也是有界的.By using function decomposition methods and the properties of the local“complementary”generalized variable exponent Morrey spaces,the boundedness of fractional integral operators with rough kernel is obtained on local“complementary”generalized variable exponent Morrey spaces.At the same time,it was proved that the corresponding commutators were also bounded on the local“complementary”generalized variable exponent Morrey spaces.
