摘  要:生物化学是中医药院校临床专业的基础课,也是学生反映难度较大的课程之一,特别是物质代谢部分内容复杂、抽象。生物氧化是物质代谢的基础,通常安排在代谢篇章的第一部分讲授,因其知识抽象、逻辑性和理论性较强,成为学生难学、教师难教的内容。在教学中,我们主要采用联系比较、角色扮演、类比推理等方法,并紧扣临床疾病、生活案例、科研成果等内容,将抽象的知识形象化、具体化,帮助学生克服畏难情绪,引导他们主动学习。同时,我们还结合教学内容融入思政教育,践行“立德树人”的根本任务。本章的教学策略和方法取得了较好的效果,有助于激发学生的学习兴趣、锻炼自主学习和解决问题的能力,进一步推动了人才培养目标的实现。该策略也同样适用于其他章节,希望为中医药院校同仁的生化教学提供一些启发和帮助。Biochemistry is a compulsory basic course for clinical majors in universities of traditional Chinese medicine,which is also one of the most difficult courses for students to learn.In particular,the metabolism of substances is complex,and difficult to understand.Biological oxidation is the basis of material metabolism,which is usually taught before glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,amino acid metabolism and nucleotide metabolism.The content is difficult for students to learn and also difficult for teachers to teach,because it is abstract,logical and theoretical.When we teach this chapter,we mainly use comparing,role playing,analogical reasoning and other teaching method.We also connect the knowledge with clinical diseases,biochemical cases,scientific research results and so on.Therefore,the abstract knowledge is visualized and concretized to help students overcome the fear of difficulties and guide them to take the initiative to learn.At the same time,we integrate the ideological and political education during teaching,and practice the purpose of establishing morality and cultivating people.This teaching strategy and methods have achieved good results,which stimulates students’interest in learning,exercises their abilities of independent learning and problem solving,and further promotes the realization of personnel training.This strategy is also applicable to other chapters,hoping to provide some inspiration and help for the Biochemical teaching of colleagues in universities of traditional Chinese medicine.
