摘　　要：黔西南州机动车保有量较大,汽车后市场行业发达,对汽车服务工程专业人才需求量持续增加。通过实地调研,了解黔西南州地区汽车后市场行业人才现状和企业岗位需求及企业对汽车服务工程专业人才综合素质和专业技能需求等信息,分析汽车后市场行业发展趋势,为科学制定适合于地方经济发展的汽车类专业人才培养模式和探索多元化、深层次教学改革及校企合作提供科学依据,促进毕业生高质量就业,助力贵州乡村振兴。Southwest Guizhou has a large number of motor vehicles and a developed automobile aftermarket industry.The demand for automobile service engineering professionals continues to increase.Through field research,understand the current situation of talents in the automotive aftermarket industry in Southwest Guizhou,the job demand of enterprises,and the demand of enterprises for the comprehensive quality and professional skills of automotive service engineering professionals,analyze the development trend of the automotive aftermarket industry,so as to scientifically formulate the training mode of automotive professionals suitable for local economic development and explore diversification Provide scientific basis for in-depth teaching reform and school enterprise cooperation,promote high-quality employment of graduates and help revitalize rural areas in Guizhou.
