摘  要:开展湿地植物对湿地环境因子变化的响应研究,对进一步管理和保护湿地植物具有非常重要的意义,并能够为退化湿地植被的恢复提供更为有效的科学依据。以吉林龙湾国家级自然保护区一种常见的湿地植物——小星穗薹草(Carex angustior)为研究对象,进行其生长和生物量分配对水、氮及其交互作用的响应研究。研究结果表明:水淹条件下(水位梯度5 cm)小星穗薹草的生长状况最佳,水位变化和氮添加对其生长的影响存在显著的耦合效应,在干旱条件下进行氮添加将严重抑制小星穗薹草的生长。水、氮处理通过影响小星穗薹草株高、叶面积、总根长和根系直径等性状,进而导致小星穗薹草植株获取水分和养分等物质的能力不同,这种能力的差异最终体现在植株生物量分配和生长状况方面。由此可见,适宜的水、氮组合条件会促进小星穗薹草的生长,反之则会抑制生长。The research on the response of wetland plants to the changes of wetland environmental factors is of great significance for the further management and conservation of wetland plants,and can provide a more effective scientific basis for the restoration of degraded wetland vegetation.Carex angustior,a common wetland plant in Longwan National Nature Reserve,Jilin province,was used as the experimental material to explore the response of growth and biomass allocation to water,nitrogen and their interactions in this study.The results showed that C.angustior had the best growth performance in 5 cm water level gradient among the 3 water level treatments.The study found that there is a significant interaction effect of water level gradients and nitrogen addition on plant growth,and nitrogen addition under drought conditions severely inhibited the growth of C.angustior.The effects of water and nitrogen treatments on the plant height,leaf area,root length,and root diameter of C.angustior changed its ability to obtain water and nutrients,and ultimately reflected in plant biomass allocation and growth performance.It was concluded that appropriate combination of water and nitrogen would promote the growth of C.angustior,otherwise it would inhibit it growth.
