摘 要:微生物在人工湿地水质净化过程中起到重要作用,湿地挺水植物芦苇茎上附着大量微生物,与湿地水质处理密切相关。通过检测微生物多样性和群落结构,分析温度对微生物群落分布的影响和纵向与微生物群落分布的关系,结果表明:芦苇茎上微生物样本OTU数分布在262~943 OTUs;OTU水平整体随着温度的升高而增大,与温度具有显著相关性(p<0.05);纵向分布上,芦苇茎上靠近根部的微生物种类更加丰富,优势种群为Proteobacteria(变形菌门)、Cyanobacteria(蓝细菌门)、Bacteroidetes(拟杆菌门)、Verrucomicrobia(疣微菌门)、Chloroflexi(绿弯菌门);芦苇茎上与脱氮除磷功能相关的微生物丰度水平最高分别达到17.76%和18.87%,主要菌种有Phormidium(席藻属)、Pseudomonas(假单胞菌属)、Azospirillum(固氮螺菌属)、Dechloromonas(脱氯单胞菌属)、Bacillus(芽孢杆菌属)等。Microorganisms play an important role in the process of water purification in constructed wetland.A large number of microorganisms are attached on the stem of Phragmites australis,which is closely related to the treatment of wetland water quality.By detecting the microbial diversity and community structure,the effect of temperature on the microbial community distribution and the relationship between the vertical and the microbial community distribution were analyzed.The results showed that the OTU number of microbial samples on reed stems ranged from 262 to 943 OTU;the higher the temperature is,the higher the microbial abundance is,and there are significant differences in cyanobacteria,Bacteroidetes and verrucomicrobia under different temperature conditions,which are greatly affected by the temperature change;the overall OTU level increases with increasing temperature and has a significant correlation with temperature(p<0.05);in the vertical distribution,there was no significant difference in the distribution of microbial community on the stem of Phragmites australis,and the depth had little effect on the distribution of microbial community,but in general,the species close to the root were more abundant,and the dominant populations were Proteobacteria(Proteus),Cyanobacteria(Cyanobacteria),Bacteroidetes(Bacteroidetes),Verrucomicrobia(Verrucomicrobia),Chloroflexi(Curvularia),which may be that the bottom environment is stable,which is conducive to the attachment of microorganisms and suitable for the growth of microorganisms.;the highest microbial abundance level related to nitrogen and phosphorus removal was 17.76%and 18.87%,respectively.The main bacteria were Phormidium,Pseudomonas,Azospirillum,Dechloromonas and Bacillus.
