摘　　要：目的探讨社会支持在鼻咽癌患者自我感受负担和心理痛苦间的调节作用,为临床实施干预措施提供参考依据。方法于2021年1—6月,对117例鼻咽癌患者开展问卷调查,包括一般资料调查表、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)、心理痛苦温度计(DT)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS),分析社会支持在鼻咽癌患者自我感受负担和心理痛苦间的调节作用。结果鼻咽癌患者的自我感受负担得分为(26.38±9.62)分,心理痛苦得分为(4.79±2.22)分,社会支持总分为(32.89±12.03)分,其中客观支持(8.44±3.55)分,主观支持(17.66±8.87)分,支持利用度(6.79±2.15)分。经Pearson相关系数分析得出,鼻咽癌患者的社会支持与自我感受负担、心理痛苦均呈负相关(r=-0.828,P<0.01;r=-0.871,P<0.01),自我感受负担与心理痛苦呈正相关(r=0.884,P<0.01)。社会支持在鼻咽癌患者自我感受负担和心理痛苦间具有调节作用(P<0.01)。结论在鼻咽癌患者的诊疗护理过程中,医护人员应重视其社会支持情况,提供个性化干预,降低鼻咽癌患者的自我感受负担和心理痛苦水平。Objective To probe into the moderating effect of social support on the relationship between self-perceived burden and psychological distress in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),so as to provide reference for clinical intervention.Methods From January to June 2021,a total of 117 NPC patients were investigated with questionnaires including general information questionnaire,self-perceived burden scale(SPBS),distress thermometer(DT)and social support rating scale(SSRS).The moderating effect of social support on the relationship between self-perceived burden and psychological distress in NPC patients was analyzed.Results The 117 NPC patients scored(26.38±9.62)in self-perceived burden and(4.79±2.22)in psychological distress.The total score of social support was(32.89±12.03),including objective support(8.44±3.55),subjective support(17.66±8.87)and support utilization(6.79±2.15).Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that social support was negatively correlated with self-perceived burden and psychological distress in NPC patients(r=-0.828,P<0.01;r=-0.871,P<0.01),and self-perceived burden was positively correlated with psychological distress(r=0.884,P<0.01).Social support had a moderating effect on the relationship between self-perceived burden and psychological distress in NPC patients(P<0.01).Conclusion In the process of diagnosis,treatment and nursing of NPC patients,great importance should be attached to their social support by medical staff,so as to provide personalized intervention to reduce their self-perceived burden and psychological distress.
