摘　　要：综合性医院设置全科医学科(简称全科)不仅是分级诊疗的需要,也是学科发展、人才队伍建设的需要。近年来,三级综合医院全科逐渐增多,但目前部分综合医院全科的建设不能体现全科医学特色,且与社区联系欠佳,导致运行不力。学科角色的准确定位是学科建设的重要保证,四川大学华西医院(简称华西医院)全科通过搭建社区联盟、学科联盟,协同各全科医疗单元,突出其学科特点和优势,与社区全科医疗共建医学服务平台。本文以华西医院全科资源整合平台的创新实践为例,为综合医院的全科建设提供经验与参考。The establishment of general practice department in general hospitals is not only the need of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,but also the need of discipline development and training of general practitioners.In recent years,general practice department has been set up in an increasing number of tertiary general hospitals.However,some of the general practice departments failed to embody the characteristics of general practice and are not well connected with communities,which leads to poor operation.Knowing that accurate role orientation of a discipline is an important guarantee for discipline construction,the general practice department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University(hereinafter referred to as West China Hospital for short)established community alliance and discipline alliance,cooperated with various general practice units,highlighted its disciplinary characteristics and advantages,and built a medical service platform with community general practice.Taking the innovative practice of the resource integration platform established by the general practice department of West China Hospital as an example,this paper provides experience and reference for the construction of general practice department in general hospitals.
