摘　　要：高质量发展背景下高职院校学生就业在就业岗位的适配、就业服务的供给和就业环境的优化等方面具有新的内涵,并对高职院校学生的高质量就业提出新的要求。目前,数字技术的快速迭代、就业形态的不断演变和“慢就业”心态的普遍存在对我国高职院校学生的高质量就业提出挑战。优化路径如下:提升高职院校学生的基本数字素养,适应数字时代的工作岗位需求;优化高职院校的专业设置,适应工业4.0发展和就业市场变化趋势;完善高职院校的就业管理模式,合理应对就业形态演变带来的挑战;加强高职院校学生的就业心理辅导,缓解就业压力带来的负面影响。Under the background of high-quality development,the employment of higher vocational college students has a new connotation in the aspects of employment post adaptation,employment service supply and employment environment optimization.At present,the rapid iteration of digital technology,the continuous evolution of employment patterns and the widespread existence of "slow employment" mentality pose challenges to the high-quality employment of Higher Vocational College Students in China.The strategies are as follows:improving the basic digital literacy of students in Higher Vocational Colleges and adapt to the job requirements in the digital age;Optimizing the program setting of higher vocational colleges to adapt to the development of industry 4.0 and the changing trend of the employment market;Improving the employment management mode of higher vocational colleges,and reasonably respond to the challenges brought by the evolution of employment patterns;Strengthening higher vocational college students’ employment psychological counseling to alleviate the negative impact of employment pressure.
