摘 要:以某水厂为例,探索危害分析和关键控制点(HACCP)体系在出厂水水质管理中的应用步骤,通过故障树分析技术结合HACCP原理,确立了影响出厂水水质的11个显著危害和3类关键控制点。通过监测原水水质、设备设施维护和药剂质量控制的关键限值,及时采取相应的纠偏措施,能够有效保障出厂水水质。实际应用结果表明,纠偏措施的执行顺序和纠偏措施责任人的明确,对于提升HACCP体系的保障作用至关重要。Taking the water treatment plant(WTP)as an example,this paper explored the application steps of the hazard analysis and critical control point(HACCP)system in the water quality management of the finished water.Through fault tree analysis technology combined with HACCP principles,11 significant hazards and 3 critical control points affecting the water quality of treated water had been established.By monitoring the water quality of raw water,equipment and facility maintenance and the key limits of pharmaceutical quality control,and taking corresponding corrective measures in time,the water quality of the treated water could be effectively guaranteed.Practical application results showed that the execution sequence of corrective measures and the clarification of the persons responsible for corrective measures were crucial to enhancing the safeguarding role of HACCP system.
