摘　　要：目的开展《排卵障碍性不孕症中西医结合诊疗指南》(以下简称《指南》)的专家访谈,为《指南》制定提供前期研究基础。方法基于专家深度访谈方法,对中医、西医妇产科具有高级职称的专家进行访谈,记录并整理访谈资料,采用扎根理论方法进行分析。结果共访谈7名专家,经扎根理论分析三级编码,涵盖基本认识、诊断与辨证、治疗、预后调摄4个主范畴,并围绕具体内容进行详细分析。结论排卵障碍性不孕症专家访谈是形成《指南》临床问题的重要环节,本课题组基于专家深度访谈和扎根理论分析,整合归纳有助于初步把握排卵障碍性不孕症的实际临床情况,可为《指南》临床问题制定提供思路。Objective To carry out the expert interview on“guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of ovulatory infertility with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine”(hereinafter referred to as“the guideline”);To provide a preliminary research basis for the formulation of the guideline.Methods Based on the method of expert in-depth interview,semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts with TCM,Western medicine obstetrics and gynecology and senior professional titles.The interview data were recorded and sorted out,and the interview data were analyzed by grounded theory method.Results Seven experts were interviewed in this study.After grounded theoretical analysis,three-level coding covered four main categories:basic understanding,diagnosis and syndrome differentiation,treatment,and rehabilitation.Detailed analysis around the specific content was conducted.Conclusion The expert interview of ovulatory disorder infertility is an important link to form the clinical problems of the guideline.Based on the expert in-depth interview and grounded theoretical analysis,this study is helpful to preliminarily grasp the actual clinical situation of ovulatory disorder infertility,and can provide ideas for the formulation of clinical problems in the follow-up guide.
